Fossil Fuel Divestment Day (Feb. 13-14) will span the globe this weekend, as students and adults call for an end to investment in polluting fossil fuels.

So far, no events are planned in Austin, but you can head down the road to Waco, where a group is promising to display a “huge highly visible banner” and a 10-foot high inflatable globe.

The call for divestment will be held at one of the busiest intersections in the city, promise organizers. But you have to sign up to find out which one.
