We’re seeing more and more sustainable caterers out there, like Barr Mansion in Austin; and here’s someone we just discovered in Los Angeles, via a friend from Minnesota no less: Jennie Cooks Catering.

Read Jennie Cook’s “about” section to see where this former restaurateur and longtime cook (who’s named Cook?) is coming from. She’s a big believer in sustainable, healthy food, a member of the Slow Food movement, the Chef’s Collaborative and the International Catering Association. She’s also a permaculturist through Earthflow Design Works.
