Chicago puts a high-tech spin on eco-awareness with Earth Revealed at the Museum of Science and Industry. A six-foot globe hangs suspended among projectors that incorporate NASA and NOAA data into “a dynamic, revolving globe that demonstrates the Earth as a living system.” A variety of programs play throughout the day, focusing on climate and weather topics, human impact on the globe, land-use, and more.
