The Mid-Atlantic Renewable Energy Association will present a discussion about raw milk and renewable energy at its October meeting at TEK Park in Breinigsville. The event will feature Mark Lopez, VMD, along with his wife Elizabeth Lopez, VMD, who own and operate Wholesome Dairy Farm in Yellow House, Penn. The farm produces raw milk from pasture grazed Ayrshire cows and serves the local population by providing healthy raw milk and raw milk cheeses.
