Franklin Chung of Dallas, says he’s not too worried about performance. He’s looking for wheels to get him around town while going easy on the environment. The retired EDS engineer said that if both his and his wife’s golf bags fit in the rear storage compartment, then he’ll likely be buying.
“I saw the smart car in Europe a long time ago,’’ he said, “and I was hoping it would get here.”
