Her recipes are really wonderful and are leading me toward a vegetarian diet (thank you, Jeanette!). One of her specialties (to me) is in preparing veggie dishes that fool guys like me into thinking they are traditional meat dishes. Her all veggie "Nam Chili" was good enough to fool the group of Vietnam vets who ate it. Keep it up, Jeanette. More people need to know about your great cooking.
