From Green Right Now Reports
The Cleantech Group has extended the deadline to Jan. 15 for clean technology companies interested in presenting at the Dealflow pitch sessions during the upcoming Cleantech Forum XXVI.
More than 800 of the world’s clean technology leaders are expected to attend the Forum, which will be held at The Palace Hotel in San Francisco from Feb. 24-26. The forum will look at key issues facing clean technology, including whether federal stimulus spending is stimulating or strangulating cleantech.
Scheduled speakers include former New York Gov. George Pataki, whose law firm Chadbourne & Parke LLP focuses on energy, environmental and corporate matters; Elon Musk, CEO and product architect of Tesla Motors; David Steiner, CEO of Waste Management, Inc.; Dr. Peter Graf, chief sustainability officer and executive vice president of sustainability solutions at SAP; and Philippe Martin, vice president of research and innovation at Veolia Environnement.
For cleantech companies seeking funding, the Dealflow pitch sessions help create investment and funding opportunities by enabling company executives to present, interact and network with accredited top-tier investors.
