Nearly half of the city's residents believe the oil spill will be more damaging to New Orleans than Katrina.
Five years after Hurricane Katrina, an increasing majority of the New Orleans’ residents says the rebuilding process is going well, but most still report that the city has not recovered and feel the nation has forgotten them, according to a new survey of the lives and attitudes of the city’s residents by the Kaiser Family Foundation.
