Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center joins in opposing Mopac expansion

TxDOT’s plan to convert Mopac from a local commuter highway into a second Interstate 35 through Austin hit another major pothole last week, according to Save Our Springs Alliance. In commenting on the proposed SH 45 SW toll road and Mopac expansion, the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center joined in opposing the plan.
