Today is World Diabetes Day, and sadly, there is a world of it out there, especially if you consider the rising numbers of people suffering from this chronic health condition. In the U.S. about 1 in 10 people have diabetes, and that’s expected to be the ratio worldwide by 2035.
Ever feel like Goldilocks when you’re looking for snacks at the grocery store? It’s hard to find even a granola bar that’s not too sweet, not too fatty, doesn’t scrimp on healthy ingredients and doesn’t rely on fillers and artificial additives. But we did find a few — only a few — that seem just right.
