It’s fairly common knowledge that some foods just aren’t good for you. From the shelves of synthetically processed treats at your local supermarket to trays of deep-fried entrees at a restaurant buffet, every day we are surrounded by unhealthy food options. But even people who try to make healthier choices may unknowingly be stocking up on the wrong things.
Think of the typical grocery store scenario — people pushing around shopping carts the size of small cars, loaded with processed, preservative-laden foods. Even when you aren’t reaching for the pork rinds or potato chips, chances are good that the healthy foods you’ve added to your cart aren’t as healthy as you think.
